iPhone iPod bug
Just discovered an annoying bug in mail for iOS: If you have an iPod or iPhone and have an email in the drafts folder you want to finish and send, pay much attention when sending! If there is no network you, like me, might just get a warning of failed delivery, like as usual, except this time it doesn’t stay in the outbox, nor does it stay in the drafts. It’s gone! This happened to me only for emails I started on the Mac.

Mamma sta utilizzando il Vodafone Mail sul Nokia 6120 c-1.
Con vodafone Mail si utilizza il AP push.vodafone.it, e non sono riuscito a configurare il programmino di posta del Nokia. Invece ho scaricato il programmino Vodafone Mail che è stato fornito da Vodafone.
Roaming
Per disattivare il roaming di vodafone mail, non so come si faccia. Quindi, ho ritrovato l’applicazione Vodafone Mail, che era finita nei Preferiti, in qualche cartella poco probabile, e l’ho messa tra le applicazioni del menu principale. Entrando, cliccando su opzioni, si può scollegare vodafone mail. Questa opzione è permanente, ovvero rimane così anche dopo il riavvio. Pertanto, ho consigliato a mamma di scollegare sempre prima di andare all’estero, e ricollegare quando arriva in italia.
Ho poi anche visto sul sito vodafone.it da qualche parte che esiste un pacchetto per roaming dati di tipo €10 per un mese di roaming. Cosa che si potrebbe investigare per uno dei suoi viaggi futuri.

- Download the Modem Script from http://www.taniwha.org.uk/files/Motorola3G2004-05.zip and install in /Library/Modem Scripts
- They come with a README. Read it.
- Put APN in phone number.

Things that Nokia Backup does not backup and/or restore:
- ProfiMail
- Slick
- Bluetooth Paired Devices
- Calendar (!!! how is this possible? Good thing i am iSyncing, so i had 2 backups of the same data)
- Web Browser Cache and Cookies
